My research focuses on using translational samples from patients recruited in clinical trials. The main focus is investigating the changes in circulating nucleic acids in blood samples from patients recruited in clinical trials.

We are interested in how we can use non-invasive techniques to detect changes in tumour DNA and correlate that to patient outcome. A small amount of time is also spent on preclinical validation of novel therapies for breast cancers.
