We are pleased to welcome BioSkryb Genomics for an exhibition in the John Vane Science Centre Lobby on Wednesday 31st January, 9am-1pm.
BioSkryb Genomics enables the study of DNA & RNA of single cells by providing a revolutionary new method for whole genome amplification (WGA) called Primary template-directed amplification (PTA). PTA improves genome coverage and calling of variants, allowing users to profile individual cells to interrogate heterogeneity and clonality in primary samples. To this end, BioSkryb provides kits for single-cell whole genome amplification (ResolveDNA) and more recently, whole genome and whole transcriptome (ResolveOME) analysis from the same cell. Full-length transcripts are also captured, providing information on splice variants, fusion genes and TCR/BCR analysis capabilities which is missed by 3’ approaches.
If you have an interest in single-cell or low-input profiling in your experiments or in general, please see Account Manager, James Freimuller on the day.
Alternatively, if you are unavailable at that time, you can email james.freimuller@bioskryb.com to arrange a meeting.
